Samsung have revealed their latest range of phones, featuring the Samsung Shark, Samsung Shark 2 and the Samsung Shark 3. This new range of phones are designed to give quicker connection than ever to social networking sites, with all three phones featuring direct links to popular sites such as Facebook, Bebo and MySpace. All the phones also use a new program called Samsung Communities, which gives you direct and fast access to uploading photos and videos to sites such as YouTube and Photobucket.
The Shark 2 features HSDPA 3.6, which gives fast and uninterrupted access to the internet, and gives you outstanding connectivity speeds. The phones comes with Bluetooth installed, allowing you to connect to people nearby, allowing you to send for free videos, pictures music and anything else you want to share! The shark 2 uses a huge 5 megapixel camera, ideal for taking professional looking photographs at the touch of a button. You can then edit the photos directly from the phone before sharing them with friends and family, uploading them to websites or transferring them across to your computer, using the built in USB 2.0 port.
The Shark 2 has an incredible new function, designed to keep all your contacts in touch with you. Whenever your Sim card is changed, your phone automatically sends a message to all your contacts telling them of the number change, so you do not have to manually tell each person your new number, saving you copious amounts of time.
“The Shark Series is designed to meet the needs of active, style-conscious users who demand constant connection with their peers. The Shark Series will not only keep these users up-to-date with the latest news and information important to them, but also allows them to express their own style and distinctive personal taste.” said Younghee Lee, Vice President of Mobile Marketing, Samsung Electronics.
The Shark 2 is designed for people with a passion for multimedia, as it combines lighting fast technology designed to speed up the connection process, with style and design. What you get is a great looking phone with endless capabilities in terms of connectivity. Although a price tag has not yet been released, the phone is said to be one of the most affordable phones ever from Samsung, in terms of how much you actually get for your money.
The phone uses all new security features as well, including a mobile tracking system designed to keep track of your phone in case it is stolen. A pre set emergency SMS message can also be set, so that even when you have no credit, an emergency message can be sent to reassure loves one who may be worrying about your whereabouts. If you like the sound of the Samsung shark 2, then keep an eye on the Samsung website. The phone was due for release in January 2010, but things appear to be a little behind schedule, so keep your eyes peeled for news.
